Children/Youth Communion Class — January 6, 2013

At Christ Alone Church, we take seriously the vitally important role that parents play in the spiritual development of their children.  We also take seriously our responsibilities to ensure that the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper is celebrated and received in a way that honors our Lord and draws us closer to Him.

Christ Alone Church will once again be offering the Children/Youth Communion class on Sunday, January 6, 2013, during the Sunday School time starting at 8:30 a.m.  We will meet in the Lounge.

The class is open to all children and youth in grades 5 and up, and we require that at least one parent attend the class with their child(ren).  The letter to the parents is available here.

If you have questions, please contact Ruling Elders Caroline Tromble or Jodi Buntin.

New blog from the EPC’s Women In Ministry

Leading Voices

Psalms 133:1 says, “Behold how good and how pleasant it is when brothers (or in our case, sisters!) dwell together in unity!” Think of Leading Voices as an online place where we can “dwell together in unity,” a site where we hear EPC women reflect on scripture, share their stories and encourage us on the Christian journey. At least twice a month we’ll publish new posts that offer fresh and real insights from real women in our churches. Check back often for new stories and honest perspectives on what it means to be Women In Ministry, Leading Voices hoping to reflect the voice of the One who calls us to “dwell together”: the Lord Jesus Christ.
